Advance Maintenance Warning - November

This is an advance notice warning for some maintenance that we will be performing this weekend from 23:00 27 November 2009 to 11:00 28 November 2009.

We are upgrading a few servers and improving our resiliency. During this period you may experience some intermittent down time, but we will endeavour to keep this to an absolute minimum.

Apologies in advance for any issues this may cause.

Advanced Maintenance Warning - December

The data centre that our servers reside in is performing some software, and optics upgrades from 23:00 2 December 2009 to 02:00 3 December 2009.

There will be a momentary loss of connection while the connections re-route during the upgrade, and a total loss of connection whilst software is updated.

The outage is expected to be less than 15 minutes in total.

Data Centre Maintenance

We have a maintenance window from 12:00 - 23:00 today (30th May). This essential maintenance is upgrading the fibre infrastructure and may result in occasional network spikes, there is a possibility of minimal downtime.
