January VAT Increase2 January 2011

We regret to announce that we will be increasing our prices slightly due to the UK VAT increase of 2.5%. Our base VAT excluded prices remain exactly the same and we would like to reassure our customers that we have not taken the VAT increase as an opportunity to hide a price hike.

It is unfortunate that we cannot absorb this VAT increase for our customers but our mission has always been to provide the highest quality servers, even if this does make us slightly more expensive than our competitors for some game servers.

There may be intermittent connectivity issues today due to some major infrastructure upgrades we are performing.

We will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum but at some point our email, and DNS server will be going offline, along with our voice communications servers.
